The LousySpouse Story
“There is a time for departure even when there's no certain place to go.”
—Tennessee Williams
The LousySpouse Mission
LousySpouse.com is a logistical tool for those who have become entangled with a lousy spouse. Our primary focus is to offer guidance and best practices for the legal, business and emotional aspects of divorce from a lousy. LousySpouse does not encourage divorce, but provides information and help for those who are in or about to engage in the process. It provides a platform for: rage release, coping strategies, financial organization, divorce help and support. And through it all our mantra is: endure, survive and prevail. Our goal is to help our readers do just that.

From Jane and Ellen:
As nearly 50% of marriages end up in divorce, this process can be unbelievably costly both financially and emotionally for everyone involved. This is all compounded exponentially when dealing with a Lousy (see our field guide for various definitions of the species.)
That is where we come in.
We could not find a reliable online source for information for divorcing our Lousy's as we had with our weddings and pregnancies, so we created LousySpouse.com. This is where we offer support, guidance, camaraderie and resources to help others during and leading to a divorce.
Though you may be getting divorced, you are still an amazing person, the same special person that you were before you tangled with Lousy. Our goal is to empower you to take control of your lousy-less life and help you find the tools and strength for the lousy battle ahead, and to ultimately prevail. We are here to help you get through this unsavory situation with strength, dignity, poise and a sense of humor. LousySpouse.com is a support community to help you move on with your life, and away from your lousy spouse!
Our hope for you is that you find what you need, and you learn things that you can share with others. We don't want anyone to need LousySpouse.com, but we're here when you do, and we will do all that we can to help you to endure, survive, and prevail.
